There are a number of support options available for business customers. It all depends how large your IT infrastructure is. We find that clients with large networks of about 10 computers or more are better off joining a Maintenance plan which will give them discounts on a certain amount of hours per month.

We understand that residental users don't require the level of support our business users do, so our pricess are different as there is less work involved and best of all there is NO CALL OUT FEE!!!... And our charges are capped to $160 for basic labour only.
